Abstract:

In the presence of the networking environment, how to incorporate the tagging technique with the personal information management model can be tricky and the prerequisite of data management and sharing. According to the problems of the low efficiency and no sharing of information search in traditional personal information management, this paper proposes a data model and algorithm based on Tag Tree to organize personal data in the Local PSI, and the other based on Tag Cloud to organize the data in Global PSI. Finally, this paper constructs a distributed and integrated data environment．The algorithm can improve the precision of
the personal information management system, and reduce the responding time. 
